SHIPPING / POSTAGE
We ship our products world-wide.
Deliveries within Australia will be dispatched within 7 days and delivered a few days
*After unless specified otherwise, excludes all pre-order products and custom clothing

Deliveries outside of Australia will be dispatched within 7 days and provided with a tracking number as delivery date varies for each country. Please note sometimes delivery can be between 14 to 21 days.

Express delivery can only be done within Australia - This will be dispatched the very next day and delivered within 2 days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments and bank transfers.
All payments are processed by PayPal, however you do not need to be a PayPal member to complete the transaction. If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay using your PayPal account.

SECURITY
We use PayPal to process all of our online payments. PayPal automatically encrypts all data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. PayPal is an industry leader in processing online payments securely.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All the products advertised online are in stock. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
 
LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING POSTAGE
We will take every measure to ensure that your items are delivered safely.
PVBS takes no responsibility for loss or damage caused during transit of the goods.
 
FAULTY GOODS / RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We check all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. If an item is faulty we will provide a replacement/online credit or refund. Please note we have a 7 day return policy for faulty products: please contact us at customercare@pvbs.co with details of the item you wish to exchange within 7 days of delivery. We will accept returns if the item is unused, with all packaging intact and tags attached, we cannot accept anything after 7 days of delivery.
We will not accept items if they are worn or washed.
No refunds for change of mind or incorrect size chosen.

PVBS reserves the right to assess all returns before issuing an exchange.
If you wish to exchange an item due to incorrect sizing, change of mind or otherwise, you will be responsible for both postage costs incurred and this is subject to availability of the product and approval from a PVBS team member. We are happy to exchange or issue a credit for any goods providing they are returned (at your cost) unworn, in original condition, in original packaging, labels intact.
